The Garland is a beautifully refurbished hotel in North Hollywood with a warm and inviting atmosphere that really captures the essence of the area. I had a mixed experience at The Garland. The common areas were fantastic and created a great atmosphere, but the rooms were outdated and definitely could use some upgrades. The location was super convenient for heading to Universal Studios, and the shuttle service was a big plus. However, the noise from the nearby freeway at night was a significant downside.
